Graduated from Rio de Janeiro State University in 1989, he acted as attorney at industrial property department at Louis Vuitton Malletier, in France. Partner of Villemor Amaral Advogados from 1995 to 2010, he coordinated the French Desk of the Office, developing a straight relationship with french-speakers clients and providing them with a legal assistance, in Brazil and abroad. Partner of Basilio Advogados since February 2011.

Post-graduated in Intectual Property at the Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Politiques de l´Université Robert Schuman in 1993 - C.E.I.P.I.-, in Strasburg, France; in Economics and Corporate Law at Law School of Getulio Vargas Foundation, in 1998, and in Environment Law at Rio de Janeiro State University (MBE-COPPE). We has fairly experience in providing legal assistance to large and mediums international groups, as well as, representing local and overseas companies in acquisitions, corporate structuring and developing business in Brazil. He acts in Corporate Law, national and international, Real State, and Environment.

He is Board member of the Associação de Cultura Franco-Brasileira (Aliança Francesa in Rio de Janeiro); of Sociedade Francesa de Beneficência and of Cruzada do Menor. Member of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce. Counsel Attorney of the General French Consulate and Swiss General Consulate in Rio de Janeiro, and of the French and Swiss Embassies in Brasilia. He represents, in Brazil, large number of foreign companies, institutions and international organizations.
